T_editors_280x210.jpg © ©Utemov / FotoliaConferences applying for publication in one of our series must have:

  • an international program committee
  • a coherent set of topics of international relevance
  • at least three reviews per paper

To apply for publication in one of our Computer Science proceedings series, please complete our proposal form and send the completed form to lncs@springer.com. Please note that the evaluation may take three weeks or longer.

Preparing your proceedings volume

We prefer full papers of 12-15+ pages in length (LNCS format). The total number of pages should be at least 140. Please discuss the inclusion of short papers with the Springer editors during the evaluation stage.

It is essential that all authors comply with our ethical standards, as detailed on our Book Policies page.

For more information once your proceedings have been accepted, please read the volume editor guidelines. At the end of the pdf file you will find a checklist for your final submission of data.

License to Publish Agreement

Each contribution must be accompanied by a Springer Nature Licence to Publish. Modified agreements are not acceptable. The corresponding author, who is also marked as such in the header of the paper, must sign the agreement on behalf of all of the authors of a particular paper, having gained their permission to do so. He or she signs and accepts responsibility for releasing the material on behalf of any and all co-authors.

Author guidelines

As volume editor, please ensure that you have advised all authors about our author guidelines, and please take the time to read them yourself.
