Journal updates

In response to the global impact of COVID-19 on individuals, families, and their communities, Global Social Welfare is inviting authors to contribute research articles sharing experiences and results (both positive and negative) with our readers who can use this information to inform the development and implementation of future social work programs. We encourage the submission of both original science and conceptual pieces that would inform the practice and policy frameworks across the globe.

This call for papers is now closed. 

As a result of the significant disruption that is being caused by the COVID-19 pandemic we are very aware that many researchers will have difficulty in meeting the timelines associated with our peer review process during normal times.  Please do let us know if you need additional time. Our systems will continue to remind you of the original timelines but we intend to be highly flexible at this time.
