Global review of the Devonian-Carboniferous Boundary
Guest Editors: Markus Aretz, Carlo Corradini
This special issue will provide a state-of-the art global perspective on the current knowledge of the Devonian – Carboniferous Boundary (DCB). Records from all palaeocontinents with a significant sedimentary record of the DCB will be included into the special issue. It will provide detailed longer overviews on key regions, but will also include shorter summaries for many other areas. This special issue is an important milestone in the process of the revision of the GSSP for the base of the Carboniferous.
