About the editors

Dr. Biswadip Basu Mallik is presently an Associate Professor of Mathematics in the Department of Basic Science & Humanities at the Institute of Engineering & Management, University of Engineering & Management, Kolkata, India. He has been involved in teaching and research for more than 22 years and has published several research papers and book chapters in various scientific journals from reputed international publishers like CRC Press, Apple, Wiley, IGI Global, and Springer. He has written five books at undergraduate levels in Engineering Mathematics, Quantitative Methods, and Computational Intelligence. He has also published five Indian patents along with sixteen edited books. His fields of research work are Computational Fluid Dynamics, Mathematical Modelling, Optimization and Machine Learning. Dr. Basu Mallik is a Series Editor of the Book series titled “Mathematics and Computer Science” from Wiley-Scrivener, USA and a Managing editor of the Journal of Mathematical Sciences & Computational Mathematics (JMSCM), USA. He is also an Editorial board member and reviewer of several scientific journals. He is a senior life member of Operational Research Society of India (ORSI) and a life member of Calcutta Mathematical Society (CMS), Indian Statistical Institute (ISI), Indian Science Congress Association (ISCA), and International Association of Engineers (IAENG).

Dr. Krishanu Deyasi is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Basic Science and Humanities, Institute of Engineering & Management Kolkata, WB. Prof. Deyasi did Ph.D. from Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) Kolkata. He obtained his Master Degree in Mathematics from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur. He has Postdoctoral experience from The Institute of Mathematical Sciences (IMSc) Chennai.  Dr. Deyasi has more than 13 years of teaching and research experience. His major area of research are in Spectral Graph Theory and Complex Networks. He has written 3 books in Engineering Mathematics area and two edited books. He has published papers in National and International Journals. Dr. Deyasi is an Editors in some scientific Journals.

Santanu Das is currently working as an Assistant Professor in Department of Basic Science and Humanities at Institute of Engineering & Management, Kolkata. He completed his under graduation and Post-graduation in Mathematics from Jadavpur University and is currently pursuing his PhD from the same University. His field of research work is Cosmology and Dynamical system. He is the Faculty coordinator of Society for Data science IEM student chapter. He is the editor of several books in the domain of Mathematics and computer science .He is also a Development content editor of Journal of Mathematical Sciences & Computational Mathematics (JMSCM), USA.

Dr. Sharmistha Ghosh is a Professor at the Institute of Engineering & Management, Salt Lake Campus, University of Engineering and Management, Kolkata, India. She received her doctorate in Mathematics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India. She also studied Industrial Mathematics at the University of Kaiserslautern, Germany. Her major field of study includes fuzzy and soft set theories with applications to databases, decision making, medical diagnosis problems, etc. as well as computational fluid dynamics, and she has published several research papers in scientific journals as well as book chapters in edited books. She has edited two books in the domain of Mathematics and Computer Science. She is also the editor of several scientific journals and works as a reviewer of journals as well as doctoral theses in India as well as abroad.

Subrata Jana, Double M.Sc (Math & Stat), M. Phil is an assistant professor of mathematics in the department of basic science and humanities at Seacom Engineering College, Howrah, West Bengal. Also he is working as a Guest Faculty of West Bengal State University, Barasat, Kolkata, West Bengal. Currently he is pursuing Ph. D at Jadavpur University, Department of Mathematics. He has published several papers in national & international journals of repute. He is a life member of Calcutta Mathematical Society, Operational Research Society of India, Indian Statistical Institute, kolkata; The Indian Science Congress Association.
