This book presents research focusing on the Vietnam Nationalist Party (Việt Nam Quốc dân đảng) from 1927 to 1954. - About the authors

Prof.Dr. Nguyen Van Khanh graduated from the Insitute of Oriental Studies, Moscow, Russia with a Ph.D. in History in 1990. He obtained his B.A. degree in 1976 with honors from the Hanoi National University, Vietnam. In 1995, Dr. Nguyen Van Khanh was appointed as Associate Professor, Deputy Dean of Faculty of History in the University of Social Sciences and Humanities – Vietnam National University, Hanoi. Four years later, in 1999, he was appointed as Vice-Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities – Vietnam National University, Hanoi. From 1998 to 2005, Dr. Nguyen Van Khanh was visiting professor at VII Paris University (France), Tokyo University (Japan), and University of California (USA). In 2006, Prof.Dr. Nguyen Van Khanh was appointed as the Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities – Vietnam National University, Hanoi. With his successful leadership, in October 2009, he was again appointed as the Rector for the second term and has been in the position to this day. Throughout his professional career, Prof.Dr. Nguyen Van Khanh has chaired or been a member of numerous academic, administrative and professional committees including Vietnam’s Association of History Studies, AUF in Asia-Pacific, Korea-Australia Research Center – University of New South Wales, Australia. He has published over 20 books, monographs and more than 100 articles published both in Vietnamese journals and international academic journals.
