About the author

Matthias Burisch war Professor für Psychologie an der Universität Hamburg, wo er u. a. das Studienmodul Organisations- und Personalentwicklung leitete. Darüber hinaus berät er seit über dreißig Jahren Einzelne und Organisationen. Burisch gehört dem Kuratorium von SwissBurnout an, einer internationalen Dialog-Plattform für alle Fragen um Stress und Burnout.
