Elizabeth George is Head of the Department of Management Studies, Adi Shankara Institute of Engineering & Technology, Kalady, India. She has twenty years of teaching and administrative experience and authored more than thirty five research papers in refereed national and international journals and books.
Zakkariya K.A. is Professor in Management at Cochin University of Science and Technology, India with 20 years of teaching and research experience. He has occupied various positions in statutory bodies of different universities and published over fifty papers in reputed journals and books.
