Overview
The topic is very current, if not pressing and imperative, and far from simple as it is multi-faceted and its complexity compounded by multiple and hard to predict determinants
It concerns the most important and most recent problems of the High North, including the Arctic, the European countries of the North, and organizational forms of cooperation in the region
The thematic cohesion is attained through the contemporary approach to research findings and the potential transformations
