About the authors

Dr. Robb Moss is a Professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. His research and teaching interests include Reliability and Probabilistic Analysis, Lifelines Engineering, Geotechnical Earthquake Engineering, Engineering Risk Analysis Liquefaction Engineering, and Geohazard Mitigation. Dr. Moss is a Fellow of the ASCE and earned his Ph.D. in Geotechnical Earthquake Engineering, UC Berkeley.
