About this book series

The Springer Series in Game Theory is devoted to new developments in game theory and its applications. Since von Neumann and Morgenstern’s work, game theory has been established in economics as a powerful tool to study issues of competition and strategic interaction. In addition, game theoretic approaches have been increasingly embraced to study a wide variety of phenomena in other subject areas, including political science, philosophy, computer science, behavioral studies, psychology and life science.
The series welcomes game-theoretic contributions from these different subject areas and ensures interdisciplinary expertise through its board of advisory editors.
High-profile books such as advanced textbooks and focused research monographs, as well as edited volumes if presented in a coherent and well-balanced way, will be considered for publication.
The series is the Official Book Series of the Game Theory Society.
