Dr. Dana L. Zeidler (PhD, MS, BS, AAS) is the Distinguished University Professor of Science Education in the College of Education at the University of South Florida, Tampa, Florida. Professor Zeidler’s recent distinctions include: serving as the Co-Editor of the Journal of Research in Science Teaching, receiving the Distinguished Career Award from NARST: A Worldwide Organization for Improving Science Teaching and Learning through Research; Past President of NARST; Distinguished Visiting Professor of Science Education, Ewha Womans University, Seoul, South Korea; Honorary Professor of Science and Environmental Studies, The Hong Kong Institute of Education, The University of Hong Kong, and Honorary Professor of Science Education at Beijing Normal University. Dr. Zeidler works closely with doctoral students, international scholars and other leaders in the field.
