About the Editor
Lawrence J. Berliner is professor and previous chair of the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at the University of Denver. His research is involved in biophysical chemistry of proteins and studies of free radicals and paramagnetic probes in living systems by in vivo EPR (electron paramagnetic resonance) and other techniques. He is a Fellow of the American Chemical Society and currently Editor-in-Chief, Cell Biochemistry and Biophysics and The Protein Journal.
