About the Editor

Thomas Köllen is a faculty member at the Institute for Organization and Human Resource Management (IOP) at the University of Bern (Switzerland). His research focuses on gender and diversity in organizations on topics such as equality, morality and rights. Among his many responsibilities, from 2016 to 2019 he was the Divisional Officer of the 'Gender & Diversity in Organizations' division of the Administrative Science Association of Canada. He is the author of several journal articles and books which have received widespread media attention.
