Wolfgang Amann has been designing and delivering executive education seminars for more than 20 years. He currently serves as professor of strategy as well as the academic director of degree and custom programs of HEC Paris in Qatar. He is a graduate of key faculty development programs worldwide, such as Harvard University’s MLE, IMD’s ITP, IESE’s IFP, and EFMD’s International Deans’ Program.
Pingping Fu is currently a Professor of OB in Nottingham University Business School China. Most of her research has been in leadership area and in recently years, she and her team have been studying humanistic leadership in China. They are committed to promoting the holistic treatment of the workforce and to developing leadership for the sustainable future.
Carlos Largacha-Martínez is a research-professor at the Fundación Universitaria del Area Andina, consultant & futurologist with a holistic professional formation having more than 20 years of experience in reinventing management, humanistic management, non-linear thinking, alternative strategic planning, and inspirational leadership. He has won several awards for his consulting as well as teaching activities. Dr. Largacha-Martinez holds a M.A. in Sociology and a Double-Doctorate in International Studies and Sociology from the University of Miami, and a B.S. in Industrial Engineer from the Universidad de los Andes.
Kemi Ogunyemi holds a degree in Law from the University of Ibadan, an LLM from University of Strathclyde, and MBA and PhD degrees from Pan-Atlantic University. She currently teaches business ethics, managerial anthropology, and sustainability management at the Lagos Business School. Her consulting and research interests include personal ethos, work-life ethic, social responsibility, sustainability, governance, and anti-corruption risk assessment.
Agata Stachowicz-Stanusch is full professor of management, at Canadian University Dubai. Her her research reflects her interest in CSR and integrity in management and management education. She has served as the AOM ITC Chair and has chaired the AOM Carolyn Dexter Award Committee. She is the recipient of MED’s Best PDW and Outstanding Reviewer awards. She has 20 books, published by leading publishing houses. In the UN Global Compact/PRME initiative, she has managed an international research team as part of the project “Sensitizing Future Business Leaders: Developing Anti-Corruption Guidelines for Curriculum Change.
Shiv Tripathi is Professor and Dean (Training) at the IIHMR University in Jaipur, India. He has 23 years of professional experience in teaching research and education management. He has held various managerial and academic positions in Universities in India and Tanzania. His academic interest are in strategy, ethics, sustainability and higher education management and he engages in advisory and board member roles with the private sector and academia internationally.
Ernst von Kimakowitz is passionate about strengthening the positive impact of business towards a more equitable and more sustainable planet. He is founding director of the Humanistic Management Center and co-founder of the Humanistic Management Network. He holds a research position at the University of Lucerne and leads the executive training provider Ethics First. Ernst also held visiting faculty positions in Colombia, Germany, India, and Japan and is lead editor of the Humanism in Business book series.
