About this book series
This book series focuses on military and veteran families, and the challenges and opportunities they face in relation to military service, particularly during and after war. Periodically, books in this series come out of the Military Families Research Institute International Symposia on Research on Military and Veteran Families, featuring attention to issues related to four topics: functioning in intimate relationships; parenting and child outcomes; family sequelae of wounds and injuries; and single service members. Other books in the series focus in depth on a particular aspect of family life or a particular group of families in the military or veteran population. All volumes include material related to both research and training, and material from scholars from multiple disciplines and countries.
