About the author



Dr. Charan Singh Rayat completed post-graduation and PhD in pathology from Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education & Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh, India. He is a lecturer in histopathology in PGIMER and has hands on experience in a variety of diagnostic and research studies in the field of immunology and pathology with more than 17 years of experience in ultrastructural pathology and morphometry. Dr Rayat has many publications in various medical journals and is a peer reviewer for international journals. Department of immunopathology, PGIMER, Chandigarh conferred awards of appreciation on him for his diagnostic expertise in the field of immunopathology and histopathology and contributions for patient care and clinical research. He has also been disseminating knowledge on his blogs for the benefit of medical students and patients.
