About the editors

Mortimer Sellers is Regents Professor of the University System of Maryland and past President of the International Association for the Philosophy of Law and Social Philosophy (IVR). He is also editor of two Springer book series: "Ius Gentium: Comparative Perspectives on Law and Justice" and "AMINTAPHIL: The Philosophical Foundations of Law and Justice".


Stephan Kirste holds the Chair for the Philosophy of Law and Head of the Department for Legal Theory, International and European Law at the University of Salzburg, Professor Colaborador at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul (Brazil) and member of the Council of the German Speaking International Andrássy University, Budapest.
