Managing the Computer Science proceedings program, including the Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) series
I am the Editorial Director of the Springer Computer Science proceedings team, with responsibility for all related book series, including Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS). I joined Springer in 2000, in my earlier role our team published textbooks and monographs in Theoretical Computer Science, Cryptography, Information Security, Artificial Intelligence, and Computational Intelligence. An electronics engineer by training, from 1989 to 2000 I developed embedded hardware and software systems, managed quality and product engineering programs, and partnered in a campus technology startup.
