The symposium focused on key innovations of space-based optical instruments and applications, and the newest developments in theory, technology and applications in optics, in both China and Europe. About the editors
Prof. Yu Qifeng is a full Professor at National University of Defense Technology (NUDT), China. He is the founder and chief scientist of Hunan Key Laboratory for Image Measurement and Vision Navigation. He graduated from Northwestern Polytechnical University and obtained his Master’s degree from the Space Technology Department in NUDT. He earned his PhD at the Institute of Applied Laser Technology (BIAS), Bremen University, Germany. He was elected as Academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) in 2009.
