Storm Endowed Chair of Petroleum Geology and Department Chair of Geosciences at the University of Arkansas, former President of the Society of Exploration Geophysicists, author of the book “Elements of 3D Seismology, Second Edition,” and has held positions at Conoco, The University of Tulsa, Saudi Aramco and the University of Houston. He specializes in hydrocarbon exploration, reservoir characterization, advanced seismic interpretation methods, seismic data analysis and processing, and near surface geophysics.
