Journal of Molecular Modeling - With Great Sadness We Announce the Death of Senior Editor Peter Politzer

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of our long-time Senior Editor, Professor Peter Politzer, at the age of 84. Peter died peacefully at his home in New Orleans after fighting for some time against cancer.

We, the J. Mol. Model. family have lost a colleague, friend and benevolent mentor. We will miss Peter immensely and send our heartfelt condolences to his life-partner, Jane Murray.
