  • Focuses on the mathematical theory of systems with inputs and/or outputs.
  • Covers potential topics including controllability, observability, and stability theory of nonlinear systems.
  • Publishes original and high-quality research papers with a substantial mathematical contribution.
  • Does not publish papers that merely apply known mathematical techniques or only describe simulation studies.
