Aims and scope

Horticulture Advances is devoted to promoting academic exchange by providing a primary source of newly published information on horticultural science for researchers and professionals and encouraging innovation and interdisciplinary interactions in the research community.

The journal publishes reviews, original research articles, letters and commentaries on all major horticultural plants, especially fruit and vegetable crops, ornamental plants, and tea plants. Theoretical studies covering genetics, genomics, development, physiology, molecular biology and evolution are highly welcomed. Original studies employing cutting-edge technologies, such as gene editing, bioinformatic tools, and high value application guided technologies (e.g., cell engineering and genomics-assisted breeding) are also encouraged.
