“Covid-19 has shown us the limits of health systems globally. Costs are soaring worldwide and there is an increasing pressure on healthcare professionals to deliver care with tighter budgets.  This journal is a place where professionals from different disciplines can communicate with each other. The goal of this journal is to promote change at different levels in the health system and in different domains.  Health leaders worldwide need to take steps to improve the different aspects of a health system if they want to improve access and affordability of healthcare. Insight from multiple disciplines is essential to complete these steps. This journal offers an opportunity to researchers from different fields to rapidly disseminate their findings. The open access approach will increase the number of potential readers and the potential impact of research on health systems worldwide.”
