La Matematica is a peer-reviewed journal featuring high-quality research from all areas of the mathematical sciences.
Research in tensor (multidimensional array) analysis is accelerating, driven by the increasing complexity of data sets, arising from fields such as biomedical engineering, networks, and the physical and social sciences, which naturally lend themselves to a tensor structure. Tensor factorization methods in particular have been shown to aid in low-dimensional embedding and clustering, data compression, denoising, and imputation. We invite submission of research, survey, and review articles on novel theoretical, computational, and real-world application progress in tensor analysis.

This topical collection aims to bring together works focused on mathematical modeling of the eye with the shared goal of improving ocular health and ophthalmic treatments. Ocular health determines our quality of life as our eyes provide much of the information we receive about the world. We welcome contributions in which mathematical models, empirical to mechanistic, are used to develop new and significant understanding of ocular health and treatments. Submitted works should have a high level of originality and quality.
Submission Deadline: 1 February 2024

This collection welcomes research articles in the field of Mathematical Aspects of Cryptography and Coding Theory, broadly defined. This can be both theoretical results as well as applied. Submitted works should have a high level of originality and quality, providing significant contribution to the creation of new knowledge. We also welcome high quality survey papers. Submissions from all members of the broader Mathematical Aspects of Cryptography and Coding Theory research community are welcome.
Submission Deadline: September 1, 2023 for the first issue (and open-ended after that date)
Guest Editors: Delaram Kahrobaei, The City University of New York (USA); Matluba Khodjaeva, The City University of New York (USA)
This special issue will include selected quality full papers from the International Conference on Bringing Young Mathematicians Together (BYMAT2022), held online from 9 to 11 November 2022 and organized by the Universitat de València and the Universitat Politècnica de València. The BYMAT Conference aims to provide a warm and open space for researchers in the early stages of their scientific careers to present their work. We believe that the La Matematica is one of the most appropriate journals to publish research works, since it is an interdisciplinary journal that involves many areas, as well as our congress participants.
Submission Deadline: 1st September 2023
