  • Publishing in Parasitology: Workshop at EMOP 2021 featuring Parasitology Research

    Editor-in-Chief Dr. Julia Walochnik will be presenting Parasitology Research at the 13th European Multicolloquium of Parasitology – EMOP 2021, which will take place in Belgrade, Serbia, October 12-16, 2021.

    The workshop “Publishing in Parasitology” is now scheduled on October 13th from 4.30pm to 6pm. Read the conference program here.

    Editors are proud to present a new special issue on “Zoonotic parasites: The One Health challenge”. This collection of articles has been conceived in order to cover the broader range of zoonotic parasites worldwide, providing an update on those of both wildlife and domestic animals. The concept of One Health is paradigmatic in Parasitology with many parasites inhabiting our Earth and perpetuating in domesticated animals, wildlife and humans. Parasitology is a clear example embodying the holistic approach of medical and veterinary medicine.
