MRS Advances - Call for Papers: Progress in Unconventional Electronics and Sustainable Flexible Sensing Technologies

Flexible electronics is an ever-growing field of research that seamlessly unites advanced materials, manufacturing and a broad range of the engineering/natural science community. Exciting and promising breakthroughs have been made in the field of circular, soft, and advanced materials aimed at unconventional electronics functions. This MRS Advances special issue will focus on emerging technologies and progress in functional and novel manufacturing strategies which are being explored for future flexible electronics applications with minimal environmental burden and ultra-low energy consumptions. In particular, it will aim at state-of-the-art research around unconventional and emerging developments in material science, electronic components and future application scenarios.
