Marine Life Science & Technology - News: Aoshan Forum was successfully held on 12 November 2022!
As the society partners of MLST, Ocean University of China and Pilot National Laboratory for Marine Science and Technology (Qingdao) held the Aoshan Forum on 12 November with the topic on Academic Journals Serve Scientific Research.
The forum aimed to serve the purposes:
- build world-class marine series journals
- lead the development trends in emerging fields
- build a prime platform for knowledge exchange in earth, marine, and life sciences disciplines.
The forum included four main parts:
- Introduction on how to develop international journals
- Sharing on recent research fronts
- Analysis on marine related journals
- How to write scientific journal articles.
Speakers were invited from top ranked universities (University of Liverpool, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Xiamen University, Ocean University of China, etc.) and international organizations (Clarivate, ScienceOpen, Springer Nature, Elsevier, American Journal Experts). Seventeen high-quality reports successfully attracted more than 1000 audience.
The forum organizer wish that this forum can contribute to advance scientific discovery and knowledge sharing in marine community. Any feedback or suggestions are welcome!
