International Journal of Global Business and Competitiveness - Propose a Special Issue for International Journal of Global Business and Competitiveness

International Journal of Global Business and Competitiveness welcomes well-formed proposals for potential Special Issues on key topics on competitiveness and international business (IB).

Special Issues aiming to develop sustainable competitiveness paradigm by innovating use of frameworks such as competitiveness Assets-Processes-Performance (APP) framework in diverse contexts to enhance capabilities on relevant factors and linkages among specific functions and across levels are invited.

Examples of themes of high interest currently are (but not restricted to): Frameworks and models to enhance international competitiveness; Cooperative strategies; Digital entrepreneurship; Environmental sustainability practices; Technology Management; Digital platforms and business model, among others.

If you are interested in assembling a Special Issue for this Journal, please submit a proposal to the Editor-in-Chief, Kirankumar S. Momaya <momaya@som.iitb.ac.in (this opens in a new tab)> with a copy to the Publishing Editor, Sagarika Ghosh <Sagarika.Ghosh@springer.com (this opens in a new tab)> along with the Special Issue title and order of Guest Editor(s) (names, titles, affiliations and contact information, and their publication details) and the proposed publishing plan including the tentative date of paper submission, first round of reviews, final rounds of reviews and publication deadline.          

Your proposal must state the need for the proposed Special Issue by outlining:         

• how the Special Issue fits within the scope of the Journal
• the advances provided by the papers in relation to existing knowledge
• any novelty provided by the papers, and
• the common theme(s) that make the papers a coherent set
