Brain Structure and Function - Welcoming our new Editors-in-Chief

We are delighted to officially introduce Susan Sesack and Michel Thiebaut de Schotten as new Editors-in-Chief of Brain Structure and Function.

Susan Sesack is a Professor of Neuroscience at University of Pittsburgh. Her research covers the monoamine and cortical systems that regulate cognitive and emotional behaviors, focusing mainly on the organization of brainstem dopamine, and norepinephrine neurons and their interactions with the cerebral cortex.

Michel Thiebaut de Schotten is a Research Director of the CNRS' Neurofunctional Imaging Group, based at the University of Bordeaux. His lab’s research falls under three lines: the effects of focal lesions on behavior and brain network connectivity; the role of white matter connections in improving definition of functional brain parcellations; and the importance of individual variability in structure-function relationships.

They take the baton from Laszlo Zaborsky as he steps down as Editor-in-Chief after an impressive 14 years - please give both a warm welcome!
