Associate Editors:
Prof. La Rosa

Dr. Angela Daniela La Rosa is Associate Professor at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), in the Group of Sustainable Composites of the Department of Manufacturing and Civil Engineering, Gjøvik site. She obtained a Laurea degree in Applied Chemistry in 1994 from the University of Catania, Italy. Since 2001, she has a PhD in Polymer Science, with most of the work done in the Strategic Technology Group of ICI (Imperial Chemical Industries) UK. She is also currently manager R&D in remote of the company All Green srl (Romania). Her main research activity is focused on the evaluation of life cycle assessment (LCA) of new formulations of polymer composites and bio-composites. Her research and teaching interests include LCA, sustainable development and circular economy as well as the production and end-of-life processes of polymers and polymer composites.
Prof. Padayachee
Dr. Anshu Padayachee is currently the CEO of the South African Technology Network (SATN) with membership from technology focused universities and institutions.  Prior to this, she was the CEO of SANPAD, a bilateral research programme between South Africa and the Netherlands.

Following her illustrious career, Anshu was the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic) at the then M L Sultan Technikon from 1998 to 2002 and Acting Vice Chancellor from 2001 to 2003. She has been involved in the management, teaching and research at universities for thirty (30) years and obtained her Masters degree cum laude, a D.Phil. in Criminology, a University Teachers Diploma and a Harvard Certificate in Higher Education Management. She is a qualified and registered Hypnotherapist and a trained Counsellor in domestic violence.

She was the first South African Black women to obtain a D.Phil. in Criminology.
