Frontiers of Engineering Management (FEM), supervised by the Chinese Academy of Engineering, is an international scholarly journal for researchers and industry leaders active in cutting-edge management in all engineering specialties. The journal publishes articles on contemporary issues, both theory- and practice-oriented, in critical areas of engineering management, which
