  • Cambridge Journal of Evidence-Based Policing is now fully open access!

Since the 1st of January, 2023, the Cambridge Journal of Evidence-Based Policing has been a fully Open Access journal. All articles that are accepted for publication will be published in OA format, under a CC BY license held by the author(s). Journal articles are freely available to readers worldwide, enabling the widest possible dissemination and impact. Publishing is not without costs; the journal levies an article-publishing cost; for details, see our Open Choice (this opens in a new tab) program.

Authors do not typically pay the APCs themselves. Multiple payment options exist. Authors can take advantage of Springer Nature's fast-expanding array of APC-supporting Agreements (this opens in a new tab) with a range of participating countries and institutions. Our Open Access Support Portal (this opens in a new tab) is also a helpful resource.
