Editor-in-Chief Professor Satinder Kaur Brar (PhD) is a Professor and James and Joanne Love Chair in Environmental Engineering in the Department of Civil Engineering at the York University.

She has 20 years of research experience with an H-index of 60, member of the College of New Scholars, Artists and Scientists of Royal Society of Canada and Cercle d’Excellence d’Université de Québec and published over 350 papers including review articles and edited book chapters. She has won several prestigious awards, comprising American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) State of the Art of Civil Engineering Award, Rudolph Hering Medal, and Water Environment Federation (WEF) Eddy Wastewater Principles/Processes Medal, and University Research by American Academy of Environmental Engineers and Scientists.
