Our team is growing: new Editorial Board Members

We are very delighted to let the community know that 3 new Editorial Board Members have the joined the team. They are:
Dr Olga Amancio – Co-Editor-in-Chief
Full Professor of Nutrition and Metabolism at Federal University of Sao Paulo and President of the Brazilian Society for Food and Nutrition, Dr Amancio is now sharing her vast experience and expertise to help develop the journal.
Dr Celia Colli – Associate Editor
Professor of Experimental Nutrition at University of Sao Paulo and member of the Brazilian Society for Food and Nutrition, Dr Colli is a senior researcher who will assist us with manuscript handling.
Dr. Seyed MT Gharibzahedi – Editorial Board Member
A young researcher at Islamic Azad University and an expert in Food Science and Technology, Dr. Gharibzahedi has joined the team to support the journal and review papers in his area of expertise.
