The Journal of Classification congratulates Dr. Cristina Molero-Río for winning the 2023 Classification Society Distinguished Dissertation Award. Dr. Molero-Río's dissertation is entitled "Enhancing Classification and Regression Tree-Based Models by Means of Mathematical Optimization".
The 2023 Classification Society Annual Meeting will be held between June 14 and June 17, 2023, in the Saunders building at the University of Rochester Medical Center, Rochester, NY, USA.
