Metrika - Call for Papers: Categorical Data Analysis

We are pleased to announce a Special Issue of Metrika on the topic of Categorical Data Analysis.

Categorical data are of crucial importance in many applied domains, such as the social and medical sciences, biology, and economics, motivating this special issue of Metrika. The kinds of contributions considered are cutting-edge theoretical or methodological developments for the analysis of binary, nominal, ordinal, and other types of categorical data. We welcome papers on topics such as latent class modelling, mixture modelling, classification, machine learning, predictive models, model selection, and large-scale data. Papers may be motivated by an application or focused on methodological or theoretical innovations, following the aims and scope of the journal.

The deadline for manuscript submission is January 1, 2024. Early submission is encouraged.

Paper submission is in the usual way via https://www.editorialmanager.com/metr/default2.aspx (this opens in a new tab), indicating, after uploading the manuscript, the option related to the Special Issue on Categorical data analysis.

We look forward to receiving your submissions.
