Call for Papers: Special Issue on BICS 2020

The 11th International Conference on Brain-Inspired Cognitive Systems (BICS 2020),
18-20 Dec 2020, Hefei, Anhui, China

The 2020 International Conference on Brain Inspired Cognitive Systems (BICS 2020) will be held in Hefei, Anhui, China, as a sequel of BICS 2004 - 2019. The first BICS 2004 was held in Stirling, Scotland, UK and the last BICS 2019 was held in GUANGZHOU, CHINA (

BICS 2020 aims to provide a high-level international forum for scientists, engineers, and educators to present the state of the art of brain inspired cognitive systems research and applications in diverse fields. The conference will
feature plenary lectures given by world renowned scholars, regular sessions with broad coverage, and some special sessions focusing on popular and timely topics.
There will be NO conference proceedings. All accepted highest-quality papers will be published in special (or regular) issues of our partner SCI/EI journals below:

All papers submitted to BICS will be peer reviewed (via Easy Chair) by at least three independent experts, and if
(conditionally) accepted, will be invited for presentation and further peer feedback at BICS 2020. Editors in Chief
and guest/editorial board members of our partner journals will also be in attendance at BICS 2020 to provide
informal advice and feedback to authors.

Papers should be prepared in the format of Cognitive Computation or International Journal of Automation and Computing based on your preferred journal, but the final selection/decision will be made by the editors.
