    The Korean Society of Civil Engineers (this opens in a new tab) promotes the civil engineering profession as the largest body and trusted voice in Korea. Established in 1951, KSCE is a non-profit professional organization incorporated to support our 28,000 members working in various fields of civil engineering, and to provide quality service to the public. We are committed to creating a better place to live for the community by developing infrastructures and improving the environment that we encounter and experience in our everyday lives.

  • KSCE Springer Award

    The KSCE-Springer Award, established in 2008, to commemorate the co-publication of KSCE and Springer, has contributed to the advancement of the Journal both in quantity of submission and quality of papers. The award is given annually to the first authors of the most cited, most downloaded, and most published papers in the past five years and the editor who has made significant contributions for the past three years.

  • Call for Proposals - 2026 Special Issue

    The KSCE Journal of Civil Engineering invites proposals for a Special Issue on a theme related to all areas of the Journal. Special issues are designed to provide a state-of-the-art on a specific theme, share new perspective ideas, and initiate discussion on the latest topical subjects.
