Aims and scope

The aim of this journal is to aid the GI clinician, by providing in a systematic manner, views and experiences of experts on current advances in treatment modalities and techniques in the gastroenterology field. Presented in a clear and readable format the journal provides overviews and reviews which highlight the most important papers recently published from the wealth of original publications.

We accomplish this aim by appointing major authorities in major subject areas across the discipline to select topics to be reviewed by leading experts (1-2 reviewers per article).  Topics covered will concern the following areas:  Esophagus, Geriatrics, Stomach, Inflammatory Bowel Disease, Gastroenterology & Motility, Liver and Pancreas.
