We are delighted to announce the special issue of "Muscle cell culture" in In Vitro Cellular & Developmental Biology-Animal journal, guest-edited by Dr. Koichi Ojima (NARO, Japan).

This special issue covers a wide range of original articles and review papers related to skeletal muscle cells, including cell biology, physiology, and developmental biology. The technology of skeletal muscle cell and tissue culture systems is also welcome.

The submission deadline is expected to be November this year.
