Aims and scope

Geomagnetism and Aeronomy is a peer-reviewed bimonthly periodical that covers the fields of interplanetary space; geoeffective solar events; the magnetosphere; the ionosphere; the upper and middle atmosphere; the action of solar variability and activity on atmospheric parameters and climate; the main magnetic field and its secular variations, excursion, and inversion; and other related topics. Geomagnetism and Aeronomy also publishes English translations of selected articles from other journals and original unsolicited articles in the English language. The source of each article is described at the article level on the title pages. The final decision about the publication is made by its editorial board regardless of the source. The editorial and peer review policies are the same for all translated and original articles. As part of its aim to become an international publication, the journal welcomes submissions in English from all countries.
