Call for Papers: Signal Processing, Data Acquisition and Front-end Systems for Radiation Detection and Measurements

This special issue will focus on advances in the design and implementing pulse processing techniques for radiation detection and measurements. Theoretical, analytical and experimental investigations will be encompassed which envision a new path for radiation detection and measurement applications. The topics range from domain-specific signal processing systems, pulse processing and all types of instrumentation for the detection and spectrometry of terrestrial and extra-terrestrial ionizing radiation sources (charged particles, X-rays, γ-rays, neutrons) as well as instrumentation for experiments at nuclear reactors and accelerators. Specialized systems and signal processing methods for nuclear and other types of spectrometry as well as computerization of methods and measurements will also be included.
