Due to the online data generation, proper data management and processing becomes indispensable for the educational, industry, and social life in general. From this premise, DIONE 2021 conference gathered researchers, data scientists, social scientists, and practitioners to present theoretical frameworks and applications regarding data processing in the online environments.
