Aims and scope

Molecular Biology is a peer-reviewed journal that covers a wide range of problems in molecular, cell, and computational biology, including genomics, proteomics, bioinformatics, molecular virology and immunology, molecular development biology, molecular evolution, and related areas. Molecular Biology publishes reviews, experimental and theoretical works. Annually, the journal releases dedicated special issues focusing on the swiftly evolving domains of physicochemical biology, as well as memorial issues honoring the enduring contributions of distinguished scientists within the field. Previously focused on translation, the journal now has the aim to become an international publication and accepts manuscripts originally submitted in English from all countries, along with translated works. The peer review policy of the journal is independent of the manuscript source, ensuring a fair and unbiased evaluation process for all submissions.
