The Journal of Ethics (JOET) endorses the 'Barcelona Principles For a Globally Inclusive Philosophy’ (https://contesi.wordpress.com/bp/ (this opens in a new tab)) acknowledging and fostering the richness and diversity of research in Ethics across the globe. We strive to make the refereeing process of JOET as inclusive as possible, using English as a useful vehicular language, not as a filter or barrier to limit the presentation of ideas of philosophers whose first language is not English.
