An International Journal of Cardiac Arrhythmias and Rhythm Management
The Journal of Interventional Cardiac Electrophysiology is an international publication committed to showcasing comprehensive, multidisciplinary research in interventional techniques and therapies to manage cardiac arrhythmias. The Journal focuses on original research studies and scholarly scientific reviews encompassing basic, translational, observational, clinical trials, and epidemiology research. In addition, applied engineering studies related to diagnostic and therapeutic interventions in cardiac electrophysiology are encouraged. The Journal will examine advances in devices and ablation techniques in a structured and clinically relevant manner.
The Journal of Interventional Cardiac Electrophysiology is now accepting applications for a 1-year editorial training fellowship from EP fellows and early career physician scientists.
The program will involve mentored participation in peer review of scientific articles and submitted to the journal and monthly editorial review meetings with a goal of providing experience for a future role as a peer reviewer or editor of a scientific journal.
If you are interested in applying for the editorial training fellowship please provide a brief cover letter and updated CV to Angelica_Busko@rush.edu. Please also provide a list of 3 preferred mentors from the journal's editorial team in your cover letter. The deadline for submissions is May 1st, 2023. The journal will announce the first those who have been selected for the JICE editorial training fellowship prior to the Heart Rhythm Scientific Sessions Meeting.

As a result of the significant disruption that is being caused by the COVID-19 pandemic we are very aware that many researchers will have difficulty in meeting the timelines associated with our peer review process during normal times. Please do let us know if you need additional time. Our systems will continue to remind you of the original timelines but we intend to be highly flexible at this time.
Avoid the most common mistakes and prepare your manuscript for journal editors.
