GRG welcomes new Editorial Board members

At General Relativity and Gravitation, Associate Editors play an important part in shaping the journal's scope and, most importantly, organizing the peer-review process of submissions.

In 2020, we are happy to welcome two new Associate Editors to the journal: 

Sumati Surya and Lars Andersson

Sumati Surya (this opens in a new tab) is a Professor at the Raman Research Institute, India and a Visiting Fellow at the Perimeter Institute, Canada.  She works in the area of  Lorentzian geometry and quantum gravity. Her main focus has been the causal set approach to quantum gravity, which lays emphasis on the causal structure inherent in causal Lorentzian  spacetimes. 

Lars Andersson (this opens in a new tab) is a Professor at University of Potsdam and leader of the research group Geometry and Gravitation at the Max Planck Institute for Gravitational Physics (AEI). He is working at the interface of geometry and analysis, on problems motivated by gravitation and other field theories.
