Celestial Mechanics and Dynamical Astronomy - Call for papers: Topical Collections from XX CBDO

Upon initiative of the organizers of the XX Brazilian Colloquium of Orbital Dynamics (this opens in a new tab) (XX CBDO), the journal Celestial Mechanics and Dynamical Astronomy is planning to publish two thematic collections of papers titled:

• Theory and applications of resonances and central configurations
• Innovative design of Earth and Lunar satellite orbital dynamics.

Guest editors: Antonio Bertachini Prado, Eduardo S.G. Leandro, Nelson Callegari Jr and Alessandra Celletti (Editor-in-Chief).

We invite all participants of the XX CBDO to submit a paper. All papers will be reviewed by referees appointed by the editors and in agreement with the journal's rules.

For each Topical Collection, a committee will select the best original research work, showing innovative theoretical and/or numerical methods in Celestial Mechanics and Astrodynamics.

The ceremomy of the XX CBDO prizes, joint with the CELMEC prizes, is scheduled in September 2023 and it will be diffused worldwide via virtual media.
