Food Science and Biotechnology - Publication charges

The Korean Society of Food Science and Technology charges the authors of accepted manuscripts for publication of original research articles and notes.

The publication charges per article are:

  • US $800 for non-Korean
  • KRW 800,000 for Korean (KoSFoST member)
  • KRW 1,000,000 for Korean (non-KoSFoST member)

Please note that the publication charges do not include open access publishing or offprints, which are separate options offered by Springer.

Color figures are free of charge.
